New Jersey Residential Lease Agreement
This Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ____________________ ("Landlord") and ____________________ ("Tenant") and is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. 7. Restrictions
The Tenant agrees not to engage in any activities on the Premises that could be considered disruptive or illegal. The Tenant shall not sublet the Premises or use it for any purpose other than as a residential dwelling without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
8. Termination and Renewal
This Agreement will automatically terminate on the End Date. If both parties wish to renew the lease, a new Agreement must be signed prior to the expiry of the current term.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
